★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parahlah jalanan depan gerbang timur situ, motor parkir seenaknya dipinggir jalan, kadang bahkan ada pengemudi egois berhenti seenaknya saja membuat baris baru di sebelah parkiran motor, sehingga memakan badan jalan umum.
Parkir di area apartemen juga berebut, kalau mau dapat tempat harus hari biasa setelah jam 8, atau sore sekitar jam 3-4. Weekend pagi masi ok.

Kualitas air well, begitulah. Tanpa filter air silakan mandi dengan hewan mungil lainnya, semua tercampur bonus dari pengelola.
Walau lokasi sini lumayan, tapi jalan ke arah sini selalu ruwet (motor lawan arah seenaknya, truk yang juga sering parkir dipinggir jalan yang membuat macet setiap hari; pabrik di wilayah sekitar yang juga membuat macet)
Plus: lokasi strategis ke airport dan akses tol juga mudah.
