★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in this apartment for 1.5years and here's my take:
POSITIVES:
(+) Excellent building management. The security, reception, and cleaning services are very friendly. They will label your delivery food, store & organize your online purchase deliveries, work fast in immediately solving issues in your unit/floor, etc. My balcony door was once jammed and technicians come over to fix it immediately. I've also asked them to fix & clean my AC (not part of their free service) and it was also done immediately. Garbage management is excellent too. WIKA is very experienced when it comes to security & disaster management too so count of them when emergencies occur.
(+) Clear standard operating procedures when it comes to bringing furnitures & large objects in/out. Whereas in many other apartments this can be a real hassle, takes long time, and you need to pay the security for 'bribe', in Tamansari Semanggi everything is organized well. All you need is get a permit (done in 5 minutes) and ask the security to use the maintenance lift, which is a breeze.
(+) Great location. Only 200m walk to Gatot Soebroto. About 1km to Jl. Satrio or Mega Kuningan. The road is often jammed & not so easy to walk on foot (no pavement and too close to vehicles), but still it's relatively close.
(+) Green & quiet surroundings. The surrounding neighborhood has plenty of trees & residences so they're relatively quiet. Occasionally the nearby mosque will be quite loud but not so bad.
(+) Great view. You can see the Kuningan/Satrio/SCBD skylines from here and it never goes old.
(+) Good residents. We once lived in Taman Rasuna where the residents can get rowdy, noisy, and often disturb other tenants. So glad that Tamansari Semanggi's residents gave us no issues at all for 1yr+
(+) Plenty of parking.
NEGATIVES:
(-) Building is relatively old. This is a midrange apartment after all. Maintenance is good, but you can start to see some yellow patches here and there. It's not an upscale look. Though I've seen some units with very nice designs so I guess you can compensate the aged building feel if you can find units with great design.
(-) Barely any life on the ground floor. A couple of ATMs, a laundry, Alfamart, a GoFood kitchen, and a Chinese eatery. That's it. So many empty spaces without any cafes/ shops/ restaurants renting them. I wished there were at least 2 more eateries/ cafetaria other than the not-so-good eatery downstairs. You really have to go to Lotte Shopping Avenue to get your needs done.
(-) Lift sometimes stops working. In Tower A where I live, one of the 3 resident lifts always stop working at least 1x every 2 weeks. Or sometimes the buttons just don't work so you end up at the top floor or the bottom floor because you can't click on your floor. It just becomes a nuisance if you're in a rush or it's lunch/dinner hour where traffic is high.
(-) 1BR units has only 1 window. So either your bedroom gets natural lighting, or your living room. Can't be both. Some people may find one of the room a bit gloomy, although you can buy more lights to illuminate your units better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamansari Semanggi Apart is really comfortable. Located in the downtown area and accessible easily. In addition, it's really peaceful, because its in the middle of housing complex !
