-ANCOL and its New Year's Fireworks, while BBQ
-Sunset Tea Party, on Skygarden
-Hangout on Shops around pool while watching soccer, while guarding kids playing in garden or swimming
-Many Shopping Mall arround the area
-Very Strategic, also surrounded by access to express way(jalan tol)
-Not far to Airport and Chinatown

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The corridor to the tower A service lift at the basement level is so disgusting. It's so dirty and smelly like garbage. Hope the management will do something about it really soon. Imagine that your furniture and other things u bring to your apartment that requires a service lift, will go through a disgusting corridor like this. I took this photo on August 24, 2020.

But please consider the parking space, it's very hard to get a parking space if you came back here after 19:00PM.
What about 21:00PM and after 21PM?
Well, goodluck for getting a parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to stay here usually 2 days in a week; a cozy place with a sea view. They have many restaurants in Ground Floor. They also have laundry services, minimarket, ATM machine & swimming pool for apartment occupant.
