★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secure, neat, clean, good maintenance. But parking space so few and too crammed. Tenants and officers not too hospitable. Monthly fee quite high. Unit power only 1.200w. Building material and finishing quite bad. The design so so. Location inside houses complex. Near a modern market, lots of small stores and restaurants. Next to Lotte Mart. Near a water boom. 20 minutes to International Airport. 10 Minutes to Busway Terminal.
