★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat kost2 an mungkin oke. Tapi kalo buat nginep setara penginapan ya kurang banget fasilitasnya. Ga ada alat mandi, ga ada keset, dinkamar mandi ada ember tapi tak ada gayung, ga ada tempat sampah, pendingin cuma exhauset fan aja. Ada nyamuk, ruangan kecil, kasur single tipis sekali, satu bed diatas, satu kasur gelar di lantai. Tak ada air panas, tak ada minuman air mineral bahkan, tak ada teko buat masak air, tentu juga tak ada sarapan. Pokoknya ini bagusnya buat yg mau ngekost, bisa bawa peralatan tambahan biar tambah nyaman. Deket kampus juga. Cukup semalam aja nginap dimari. Kitu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostnya nyaman, harga terjangkau, Fasilitas lengkap, listrik menggunakan token, akses makanan juga lumayan mudah, tersedia transportasi, satpamnya ramah, dibersihkan tiap hari, ada servicisnya, pemandangan indah langsung ke gunung salak. Daerah sekitar yang nyaman karena banyak persawahan dan perkebunan serta banyak tempat wisata seperti danau. Akses ke masjid sangat dekat hanya jalan kaki. Kekurangannya mungkin kalau malam jalanan di sekitar kost gelap karena lampunya remang2 saja dan di beberapa kamar ada yg sinyalnya jelek untuk bebrapa provider. Belum ada wifi, katanya mau segera dipasang. Mungkin itu aja klo ada yg mau ditanyain tanya aja. Oh iya sama satu lagi akses ke IPB lumayan dekat kalau lewat gerbang belakang, kalau lewat gerbang depan agak jauh karena muter sama gedungnya terpisah untuk cowok dan cewek.

Oh yes, one more thing, access to IPB is quite close if you go through the back gate, if you go through the front gate it's a bit far because going to the same building is separate for boys and girls.
