★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya bingung apa yg dilakukan “service” pada sepeda motor saya, yang seharusnya dicek/dibersihkan bagian mesinnya, ini malah tidak dibongkar sama sekali..
lama pengerjaan kurang dari 20 menit, seharusnya mau rusak/tidak rusak sebaiknya dilakukan pengecekan dan pembersihan pada mesin dan kelistrikan, dan beberapa keluhan saya pada sepeda motor tidak terselesaikan.. saya minta dilakukan pengecekan pada bunyi tidak wajar di sepeda motor, namun mekanik menganggapnya itu bunyi yg wajar.. mohon pihak Yamaha dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap unit (sepeda motor) dan konsumen. Terimakasih
I am confused about what the "service" is doing on my motorcycle, which should have been checked / cleaned of the engine, it was not even dismantled at all ...
The process takes less than 20 minutes, it should be damaged / not damaged, it is better to check and clean the engine and electricity, and some of my complaints on the motorbike are not resolved ... I asked for a check on the unnatural noise on the motorbike, but the mechanic thinks it is reasonable sound .. beg Yamaha to improve the quality of service to units (motorbikes) and consumers. Thank you
