★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat terbaik dan paling lengkap buat nyari alat pertukangan, khususnya tukang kayu, tukang las, tukang listrik, dsb. Semua ada di sini, mulai dari sekrup sampe power tools. Sayangnya pengunjungnya pada ga bisa antri, pelayannya juga gak mendahulukan pembeli yg antri duluan.

tapi karna kejadian kemarin, sy jd mikir lagi tuk lanjut langganan. karna pelayanan karyawannya kurang bagus, sy retur&tuker barang yg baru banget dibeli beda 2 jam doang blm diapa²in tapi sisa uangnya gak mau dibalikin. harusnya uang sy balik 40ribu, tapi berbelit² walau akhirnya balik juga duit sy.

but because of what happened yesterday, I'm thinking about continuing to subscribe. because the service from the employees is not good, I returned & exchanged items that were just purchased 2 hours apart, nothing has been done, but the rest of the money doesn't want to be returned. I should have returned 40 thousand, but it was complicated, even though I finally got my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang puas dengan pelayanannya. Hanya masalah tukar baut saja yg masih belum terpakai karena salah beli g dikasih alasan lewat 1 hari. Ampun deh..
Aturan ya aturan tp customer jg bakalan ngerti kok klo barangnya mengandung resiko apalagi rusak setelah di tangan customer ya bakalan customer ikutin aturan bakal beli lg.
Ya udah nego tukernya dengan nmbah biaya aja g dikasih, barang jg masih 100% belum kepake, daripada mubadir beli lg tp g kepake yg lama.
Busyet dah...
