★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya sempat cemas karena resi gak di update2 pas di bantul, apalagi kebetulan barang yg saya kirim harganya gak bisa dibilang murah. Setelah 3 hari dari jakarta, akhirnya sampai di hub kebumen. Dan saya memutuskan buat mencoba datang lgsg ke hubnya aja. Mas petugasnya melayani dengan baik, dan mau membantu untuk mencarikan paket saya.
 At first, I was worried because the receipt was not updated when it was helped, moreover, it happened that the item I sent was not cheap. After 3 days from Jakarta, finally arrived at the hub of Kebumen. And I decided to try to come directly to the hub. The officer served well, and was willing to help to find my package.

Barang seharusnya nyampe dlm semalam tp ini di tumpuk dulu di gudang berhari2 , orderan saya barang hidup ahirnya mati semua ....
Very bad and very long in delivery..
The goods were supposed to arrive overnight but this was piled up in the warehouse for days, my order for live goods ended up dead....

Worst service for goods delivery services, when I was told to pick up my sister at the office with the reason that the courier was sorry if I brought a lot of stuff, are you ok?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa si masa kita harus samperin kurir mending kalo deket saya sanggupin ini jauh dan akhirnya paket disuru ambil lgsg ke kantor ???
Disappointed, when we have to go to the courier, it's better if it's close, I can take this far and finally the package is ordered to take it directly to the office ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sejauh ini ekspedisi Anteraja kebumen paling buruk dari J*E. Udah 2x pake jasa ini bener2 buruk pol, yg pertama paket nginep digudang sampe seminggu, harus hubungi cs dulu baru dianter, yg kedua akhir2 ini udh 3 hari nginep digudang, mana mau keluar kota, mau gak mau harus ambil sendiri digudang. Udah jauh ngeluarin ongkos lagi, trs buat apa saya bayar ongkir???
Tolong ya bisa diliat review disini buruk semua, kenapa gk diperbaiki? Masa kalah sama tetangga yg udh terkenal lama?. Status paket ditracking katanya terkendala ujan banjir dll.. Heloo.. Selama 3 hari ini cuaca cerah coyy cuma dijam abis ashar aja ujan. Gak habis pikir, udh kualitas jelek tp gakmau memperbaiki.
So far the Anteraja Kebumen expedition was the worst from J*E. I've used this service twice, it's really bad, pol, the first package stays in the warehouse for up to a week, you have to contact cs first and then it's delivered, the second has been in the warehouse for 3 days, where do you want to go out of town, like it or not, you have to pick it up yourself in the warehouse. I've already spent a lot of money again, so why should I pay the postage???
Please, can you see that the reviews here are all bad, why isn't it fixed? Time to lose to neighbors who have been famous for a long time?. The status of the package is being tracked, it says it is constrained by rain, floods etc.. Heloo.. For 3 days the weather is sunny, coyy, only when it rains after Asr. I can't understand it, the quality is bad but I don't want to fix it.
