★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama dan terakhir menggunakan travel ini. Pihak managemen maupun supir tidak perduli waktu tempuh perjalanan, waktu ishoma penumpang atau complaint dr penumpang. Hanya perduli jumlah penumpang dan pendapatan. Kurang memiliki etika jg, ketika di complaint dan diberi masukan tanggapannya kurang sopan

Anda harus berfikir dua kali jika ingin menggunakan jasa travel ini
MAHAL 350rb, LELET lampung bekasi 13 jam, kesehatan terganggu karena tidak ada ishoma dan sampai pengantaran jam 11 malam tidak diberikan kompensasi makan atau minum.
TIDAK DIREKOMENDASIKAN, BAD SERVICE!
First and last time using this trip. The management and the driver don't care about the travel time, the passenger's isoma time or the passenger's complaint. Only care about the number of passengers and income. Lack of ethics too, when you make a complaint and give input the response is not polite
Bandar Lampung - Bekasi takes 13 hours..
You have to think twice if you want to use this travel service
EXPENSIVE 350 thousand, LELET in Lampung, Bekasi for 13 hours, health is disturbed because there is no ishoma and until delivery at 11 pm there is no compensation for eating or drinking.

Orang tua tidak diantar sampai ke rumah padahal sudah berkali-kali dipastikan untuk mengantar sampai ke rumah di pringsewu.. di bandar lampung dioper mobil.. sangat tidak bertanggung jawab..
Travel is rude.. think twice if you want to use this travel service..
Parents were not escorted to the house even though they had been confirmed many times to take them home in Pringsewu.. in Bandar Lampung the car was passed.. very irresponsible..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tidak recomend, mobil di oper2 sampe 7jam lebih saya di lampung mana bawa bayi, gak di konfirmasi sama admin loketnya.
Terus supirnya kurang ajar gakmau anter kerumah alasannya jauh, masa saya mau di turuni di jalan.

Yang jelas dong jdi travel, bikin kapok doang

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travel antar trans sangat jelek. Dari segi pelayanan ataupun moda transportasi. Di aplikasi traveloka, keterangannya adalah pukul 20.30 sudah sampai di uki cawang. Namun pada pelaksanaannya, pukul 21.00 baru sampai di penjaringan. Fasilitas port charger juga tidak berfungsi. Tidak disediakan kantong untuk yg mabok perjalanan, sehingga penumpang depan saya mabok namun penumpang lain yg harus repot mencari kantong. Mobil juga tidak wangi, satu isi mobil kami bau muntah. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan untuk perjalanan. Lebih baik pilih moda yg lebih pasti saja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moda paling buruk menurut saya, masa dioper 3 kali. Perjalanan dr jakarta metro bisa pakai 4 mobil yg berbeda karena dioper sana sini. Lalu apa bedanya dengan naik bus putus putus antar kota. Pelayanannya sangat buruk. Menggunakan travel ini pertama dan terakhir sepertinya.
The worst mode in my opinion, the period is passed 3 times. Traveling from Jakarta metro can use 4 different cars because they are passed here and there. Then what's the difference with taking a bus that does not stop between cities. Very bad service. Using this travel first and last it seems.
