Saya beli paket coffee dan donat keju hari ini tanggal 26 desember 2018, sekitar jam 1 siang setelah makan dan donat yang saya terima sudah expired dan sudah bau tengik serta tekstur donat sudah keras.saya kembalikan ke store dan mereka bilang mohon maaf bahwa itu adalah donat kemarin.saya tidak mengambil donat penggantinya dan saya telp ke kantor anomali langsung dan di handle oleh Ajiz sebagai operation lead. Beliau meminta maaf dan akan datang ke kantor saya, namun selang setengah jam setelah itu staff store dari Anomali WTC 3 mendatangi kantor saya dan meminta maaf dengan memberitahu bahwa donat yang expired diakibatkan oleh suhu penyimpanan yang sedang rusak menyebabkan donat yang dari hari senin disimpan mengalami kerusakan kualitas. Dan menurut Yusuf sebagai store manager Anomali WTC 3 bahwa dikarenakan donat adalah produk baru di Anomali sehingga stock produk diganti hanya per 3 hari sekali. Tentu ini adalah informasi yang berbeda lagi ternyata donat yang saya terima bukan hanya donat kemarin melainkan donat dari tiga hari yang lalu dari hari senin 24 dec 2018 sedangkan saya bertransaksi membeli donat tanggal 26 dec 2018 dan sebagai permintaan maaf anomali memberikan 2 gelas kopi yang tidak saya terima karena dengan begitu anomali hanya menanggap sepele complain yang saya lakukan dengan itikad yang baik. Dengan demikian saya tidak akan percaya lagi dengan kualiatas makanan di Anomali dan saya tidak akan kembali kesana. Mohon untuk dapat lebih berhati2 dan meningkatkan kualitas drikarenakan Anomali sudah memiliki nama besar dan seharusnya pelayan terhadap pelanggan lebih memuaskan.
Very unsatisfactory service. I bought a coffee and cheese donut package today December 26 2018, around 1pm after eating and the donut I received was expired and it smelled rancid and the texture of the donut was hard. I returned it to the store and they said sorry that it was a donut yesterday. I did not take a replacement donut and I called the Anomaly office directly and was handled by Ajiz as the operation lead. He apologized and would come to my office, but half an hour after that the store staff from Anomali WTC 3 came to my office and apologized by notifying me that expired donuts were caused by a damaged storage temperature causing the donuts which were stored from Monday to be damaged quality. And according to Yusuf as the store manager of Anomali WTC 3, because donuts are a new product in Anomaly, the product stock is replaced only once every 3 days. Of course this is different information again, it turns out that the donuts I received were not just donuts yesterday but donuts from three days ago from Monday 24 December 2018, while I made a transaction to buy donuts on 26 December 2018 and as an anomalous apology gave 2 cups of coffee that I didn't accept because that way the anomaly only takes the complaint I make in good faith lightly. Thus I will no longer believe in the quality of food at Anomali and I will not return there. Please be more careful and improve the quality because Anomaly already has a big name and the customer service should be more satisfying.
