★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama satu tahun saya langganan laundry disini, tetapi berakhir dengan mengecewakan. Karena celana saya bolong karena gosokan. Padahal semua pakaian saya, saya percayakan kepada laundry ini. Tetapi pihak laundry tdk mengakui bahwa itu bkn dr pihaknya. Karena dgn alasan memakai setrika uap. Saat itu memang sdg overload. Siapa tahu kalau memang ada kesalahan. Saya pernah juga kehilangan beberapa pakaian, karena saya selalu menghitung jumlah pakaian yg saya kasih. Tetapi mereka ada itikad baik utk mencarikan kembali pakaian saya yg hilang. Saya marah? Jelas. Saya kecewa? Jelas. Tetapi utk kasus bolong ini, sama sekali tdk ada permintaan maaf, malah org rumah saya yg dituduh membolongkan celana saya. Padahal org rumah tdk ada yg pernah memakai atau pun mencuci dan menggosok pakaian saya. Semua saya serahkan kepada pihak laundry. Tetapi apa? Tdk ada permintaan maaf atau itikad baik. Jd jujur saya sangat kecewa. Wa saya pun hanya dibalas diawal saja, dan terakhir di read. 2 hari saya wa pun tdk dibalas2 lagi padahal bikin status wa bisa.
