★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was friendly, but the place need to fix for sure. All the towels they use is bad and rough. The service was excellent and not pricy. The owner need to manage the cashiers, so customers not waiting so lomg. Pls ask cashier more friwndly, especially who manage creambath, menpad. They need to learn how to smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the hairdressers and people working on our hair/body are so polite and pleasant to talk to, i feel like it'd be a much better experience if the employees at the front desk (the people calling names and handling customers) were a bit kinder and seemed less passive agressive. overall, I always have a great time when i get my hair done, a massage, etc. there :)
