tempat ini bisa dijadikan wisata pendidikan, dikarenakan dimiliki oleh negara dibawah kementerian pertanian peternakan dan kawasan nya berada dibawah kementerian kehutanan dan lingkungan hidup republik indonesia, maka yang mau berkunjung atau berwisata harus memiliki persyaratan khusus yakni tidak merekam, memotret dan menyentuh, mengambil tanaman tanaman serta hewan yang berada di kawasan BET Cipelang
