★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benerin ric cooker lama banget dan trnyata ga bisa dan ga dikasih tahu.
Hampir 3 mggu benerin rice cooker,dijanjikan 1 mggu tp ketika tiba waktu yg dijanjikan mau diambil blm selesai dikarenakan hrs nggu part nya.dan dijanjikan lg 4 hr lg jadi,tp 4 hr kemudian ttp blm jadi dgn alasan bonkarnya susah.
Bbrpa hari kemudian saya coba wa,telpon tidak ada respon.akhirnya stlh sekian lama saya beranikan diri untuk ke toko menanyakan statusnya gmn? Dan akhirnya disimpulkan tidak bisa mbenerin.
Jd knp saya bintang 1 Krn saya rasa kalo semua dikomunikasikan dgn baik,dan tidak terkesan menunda pekerjaan yg mungkin dianggap "sepele",menghargai waktu dan kebutuhan konsumen.
Semoga ini terjadi hanya pada saya.
The ric cooker took a really long time and in fact it couldn't and wasn't told.
Almost 3 weeks fixing the rice cooker, promised 1 week but when the promised time came to be taken it wasn't finished because I had to wait for the part. And was promised 4 more days to do it, but 4 days later but it hasn't been done because it's difficult to unload.
A few days later I tried wa, there was no response on the phone. Finally, after so long I dared to go to the store to ask how the status was? And finally concluded that it could not be corrected.
So why am I 1 star because I think everything is well communicated, and it doesn't seem like it's delaying work that might be considered "trivial", respecting the time and needs of consumers.
I hope this happens only to me.
