★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 juni 2021 sekitar pukul 7an.. Baru banget belanja dsni, suasana sepi cm saya yg beli disitu. Ada 2 karyawan di kasir lg Ngobrol duduk2 pas saya sampe dikasiran 1 karyawan berdiri langsung scan belanjaan saya tanpa bicara satu patah kata pun ga memberi taukan total belanjaan saya dan jg tidak ada kata trima kasih ga diberikan struk otomatis saya langsung keluar dan pas sekali motor saya parkir didepan toko dr luar terlihat 2 karyawan tsb sedang ngobrol dan terlihat sedang membicarakan saya krna pas saya keluar mereka terlihat berbicara dan serentak melihat kearah saya krna saya cukup kesal dengan perlakuan mereka saya lihat balik kemereka.. saya benar2 kecawa dengan karyawan dsni sangat tidak ramah dan tidak memberikan pelayanan dengan baik.. gmna cara saya memberikan kritik dan saran supaya bisa sampe ke owner supaya bs memperbaiki sistem pelayanan dsni

Knpa ya semua karyawan disini seperti menyepelekan pelanggan, berkali2 datang ke toko ini blm pernah dilayani dengan baik, 3 kali saya dibikin tidak nyaman dengan karyawan, baru saja entah apa yg salah sama saya dua kasir menertawakn sy apakah sopan?
June 1, 2021 at around 7 am.. I've just shopped here, the atmosphere is quiet. I'm the one who bought it there. There were 2 employees at the cashier, chatting sitting around when I arrived at the cashier, 1 employee stood up and scanned my groceries without saying a word, didn't tell me the total amount of my purchases and there was also no word, thank you, I wasn't given an automatic receipt, I immediately got out and my motorbike was right on. parking in front of the shop from the outside, it looks like the 2 employees are chatting and seem to be talking about me because when I go out they are seen talking and simultaneously looking at me because I am quite annoyed with their treatment I look back at them.. I am really disappointed with the employees here, very unfriendly and does not provide good service.. how do I give criticism and suggestions so that it can reach the owner so that I can improve the service system here

Why do all the employees here look down on customers, many times I have come to this shop and have never been served well, 3 times I have been made uncomfortable with employees, I just don't know what's wrong with me, two cashiers laugh at me, are they polite?

harga barang ada yg murah ada yg standar
the price is not listed on the shelf, so you have to keep asking the seller, so it's not good for the seller, please label it so it doesn't make it complicated.
the price of goods is cheap, there are standard ones
