★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 29 jan 2022. Saya sangat2 kecewa. Memang saya baru kedua kali gunting & pertama kali setting cushion disini. saya di terlantarkan dari jam 12 saya buat appointment. Jam 12.45 baru di cuci& masker alasannya kering ktnya 5 menit saja. Ok fine. Akhirnya baru digunting jam 1.45. Dan dikerjain ditinggal2. Gunting sedikit. Tinggal, kerjain orang lain. Akhirnya slsai gunting, slsai kasi obat, di cuci, ditinggal ber jam jam sampai semua orang yg terakhir datang pun sudah pulang baru saya dilanjutin lg. Saya mnahan kesal dgn brmain game & nntn. Berkali2 tanya ttap saja dicuekin. Namum orang lain bisa dilayani duluan. Kalau alasan rame, knp orang yg setting cushion setelah saya bisa pulang duluan?? Sungguh saya sangat kecewa. 2 biji hp pun sudah matot krn terlalu lama. Janjinya 3-4jam. 8 jam sungguh keterlaluan. Mmbuang hampir 1 hari waktu saya. Mnerlantarkan rumah & anak. Saya tidak akan kembali lagi ke salon yang tidak mghargai waktu customernya. Saya datang paling awal loh. Saya datang ontime. Tp orang lain duluan yang di layani..
Setelah saya complain pun tidak ada kata maaf sama sekali. Malah senyum2. Sungguh Miris banget. Apa karena salon trkenal jadi etika tidak lagi penting? Atau tampang saya trlalu biasa utk mmberi tips yg besar?? Atau rambut saya belum pernah di warnai/ macem2in, Dianggap tidak pernah ke salon?? Pertama kali saya datang, dilihat dengan ujung mata & dr atas ke bawah. Sungguh tidak sopan. Saya anggap hanya perasaan saya saja. Kedua kali, malah lebih buruk.
Hasil settingan cushion ok. Tp saya minta di volume, bayar Harga volume. Hasil tidak volume. Tetap kempes. Saya sadar ada yg kelewatan tp mas& mbak nya tidak mau ngaku. Cukup sudah terima kasih. Bye!
 29 jan 2022. I am very disappointed. Indeed, it's my second time to scissor & my first time setting the cushion here. I have been neglected since 12 I made an appointment. At 12.45 I just washed & the mask was dry because it only took 5 minutes. OK. Finally it was cut at 1.45. And left behind. Scissors a little. Stay, work someone else. Finally, after the scissors, after giving the medicine, washing it, leaving it for hours until all the last people who came had gone home, then I continued again. I'm still annoyed with playing the game & watching. Asked many times but ignored. But others can be served first. If the reason is crowded, why is the person setting the cushion after me able to go home first?? I'm really very disappointed. Even 2 cellphones are dead because it's been too long. The promise is 3-4 hours. 8 hours is too much. Wasting almost 1 day of my time. Abandoning home & children. I will not return to a salon that does not value the customer's time. I came early. I came ontime. But someone else is served first..
After I complained, there was no apology at all. Even smile. It's really sad. Is it because of the famous salon that ethics is no longer important? Or do I look too ordinary to give big tips?? Or has my hair never been colored/varied, is it considered that I have never been to a salon?? The first time I came, seen with the corner of the eye & top to bottom. How rude. I think it's just my feelings. The second time, it was even worse.
The results of the cushion settings are ok. But I ask for the volume, pay the volume price. Results are not volume. Stay deflated. I am aware that I have missed something, but the man and woman don't want to admit it. That's enough thank you. Bye!
