★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First try at korean salon. Came here four months a go cos of the nice reviews regarding a certain stylist. So i booked her to have a short hair cut (my hair already short above shoulder). She was so careful cutting my hair that i begun 'suspicious' if she is experienced in cutting short hairs. N yes, she said rarely cut short hairs! After the hair cut it looks neat as it is really short, but then after a week or so it turns bad around front hair. Nothing to do except waiting for it to grow.
For long hairs cut its ok as my friend said she is satisfy with the same stylist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time coming to this salon on wednesday 8th jan 2020. The cashier was not friendly, and was not updated with the ongoing promotion. I ASKED for the available promos, but she said they DON'T have any. In my surprise there is supposedly 20-30% discount. I bought the voucher from traveloka which has less discount than the ongoing promos.
The hairstylist is good, i love my hair but the service offered is not as good as i thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally good service good deal, but the salon charged me 50K IDR ‘protection fee’ without clearly explaining it first beforehand, and that’s basically for one used apron thingy I wore just during hair styling. I don’t see how that apron is going to reduce risk for covid-19 transmission or even the use at all, or even why it costs 50K IDR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the korean finishing style by the hair dresser. Never dissapointed with the result everytime I come here. I cut and hair color with Lisa and I love the result. Will cone back again for sure. The price is so-so, i like the result anyway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was ok, during my visit only 1 hair stylist incharge , ald appointment at 2pm but hairstylist handle me at 2.40 because she was busy handle all the client ( around 6 client at that moment). During hair treatment, the cashier came to me to ask the payment around 3.45pm, when i asked her, she told me she will change shift to CP and she told me the salon ald closed accept another treatment that day even though they closed at 8.30pm . I asked how if i want to get hair color treatment after this, the cashier asked me to pay in cash afterwards. When i finished at 5pm the cashier still there.. well so weird , i wonder she scared the client will not pay or what.. never been like this before in another salon i came..
