★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service center is pretty good, they underwent a lot of changes since 2017 so i bumped the star from the last time, they're pretty helpful each time i went there, they doesn't try to force you to buy new stuff to "upgrade" your pc and will legit discuss with you about the problem. A word of caution on the price though, don't ask them to do some stuff that you can do yourself like re/installing OS, as they can charge you 50k for it. Oh and also it's feel cramped due to the sheer number of intern student there that either do some stuff or just lounging. Had to take a star off, for their front sales, they said i can PO a case, and i did, also paid the DP too, but suddenly they said the case is not available, oh and it feels the sales are patronizing me while talking to me.

Customer needs to wash their hands first before entering

For PC you can find old stock from range 1,9 JT IDR
The range and kind of PC and Laptop is many

The base price for Laptop is rather high from 6,xx JT IDR since they only have the latest model that's already used SSD
Not recommendable for customer looking for old spare part for their PC / Laptop but maybe you could try ask the employee first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the place is comfortable, although not spacious, for a fairly crowded shop, cheap prices, fast and friendly service, but it's a bit difficult to distinguish consumers and waiters if you come for the first time, because it's like not wearing a uniform. Always successful, the price is still cheap, but the quality is maintained
