Suitable for those of you who want to hold a luxurious reception ceremony but don't bother how to make it happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aku pake Amira Catering bulan Juli 2019 lalu untuk acara nikahanku. Amira itu top di makanannya. Enak bgt, gak bohong. Rasanya jg nggak berubah padahal aku udh testfood hampir setahun sebelumnya.
Tapi mohon maaf pelayanannya nggak banget. Terlalu banyak ambil klien tp nggak diimbangi dg staffnya. Terserah deh kalian mau ambil sehari 10klien tp tolong ya setidaknya 1 orang urusin 2 klien per hari nya (pagi dan malam).
Saat hari H nggak ada PIC sama sekali! Dekor ada yang kurang jd nyuruh orang lain yg entah siapa namanya. Untung bawel, kalo nggak mungkin kita di diemin aja.
Justru di hari H itu penting, ya kali kita capeng dan keluarga dibiarkan gt aja. Ngalir gt aja, kita bukan mengadakan acara ulang tahun ya. Nikah jg pertama kalinya. Kalian memang udh banyak kliennya yg udah menikah, tapi bagi kami kan nggak begitu.
Percuma makanan enak, dekor update, vendor lainnya bagus, tapi pelayanannya buruk. Bantuin saya cari panggung aja nggak, padahal sy udah memohon bgt minta bantuan kalian.
Terlalu banyak kena charge. Jangan salah loh, dekor terupdate itu nggak free semua. Ada beberapa yang kena charge.
Intinya saya kasih bintang 3 hanya karena makanannya enak. Tolong diperbaiki dari segi service. Kalian kan Amira Catering dan Wedding Service, jadi servicenya diperbaiki ya.
I used Amira Catering last July 2019 for my wedding. Amira is top in her food. Really good, no lie. It also hasn't changed even though I already tested food almost a year before.
But sorry the service is not that great. Taking too many clients but not being matched by the staff. It's up to you guys to take 10 clients a day but please at least 1 person urine 2 clients per day (morning and night).
On D-day there was no PIC at all! The decor is lacking so tell others who don't know their name. Luckily nagging, if not possible we just mengemin.
Precisely on the D-day it is important, yes, we are left alone and our family is left alone. Let's just talk, we're not having a birthday party. Marriage for the first time too. You guys already have a lot of clients already married, but for us it's not like that.
It's useless good food, decor update, other vendors are good, but the service is bad. Just help me find the stage, even though I've already begged for your help.
Charged too much. Don't get me wrong, the updated decor isn't all free. There are some that are charged.
The point is I give 3 stars just because the food is delicious. Please improve in terms of service. You are Amira Catering and Wedding Service, so the service is being repaired.

There is one employee whose name I won't routinely mention, namely maRio ... so, he doesn't handle it like that, when he is sick ... instead the one who should be decorating turns out to be awkward ... hadeuuu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tadi kondangan ke balai makarti, vendornya amira wedding ini dari dekor bagus, make up bagus, musik ok, makanan enak, sayangnya pelayanannya yang gak banget, beberapa kali kondangan, mau dirumah, di outdoor, di gedung ga pernah diusir pas lagi makan, tapi tadi sempet shock gtu, lagi makan diusir sama bapak2 yg ngambilin piring dan gelas kotor, orang2 juga pada diusirin katany "JANGAN DISINI JANGAN DISINI"(dideket table minuman yg deket photobooth dimana itu ada kursinya lho), udah gtu namanya prasmanan ya pasti makan berdiri dan bebas dong mau dirinya dimana yg penting ga ditengah aisle atau di pelaminan, nah tadi tuh aku diri deket tempat minum yg sama, terus dengan galaknya bapak itu bilang "KALAU MAKAN JANGAN DISINI, DISINI BUKAN TEMPAT MAKAN" sambil angkat tempat piring kotor keatas meja yg mana mejanya masih banyak gelas bersih dan makanan aku..HELLOOOOO TERUS GW DISURUH MAKAN DIMANA DILUAR GEDUNG???? kalau pun memang buru2 mau beres2, yg mana waktunya masih 1 jam sampai selesai acara, tinggal bilang baik2 dan sopan gausah kasar apalagi sampai kaya gtu..kita disitu tamu undangan lho yang diundang oleh yg punya acara bukannya orang datang ttanpa undangan..deeuhhh langsung ga respect gtu deh jadinya, padahal overall bagus lho tapi sayang sekali pelayanannya ada yg sangat tdk menghargai tamu..mengecewakan, semoga bisa dievaluasi dan diperbaiki biar ga malu2in nama amira wedding
earlier invited to the makarti hall, the amira wedding vendor was from good decoration, good make up, music was ok, food was delicious, unfortunately the service was not very good, several times invited, wanted to be at home, outdoors, in the building, was never driven out again when eating, but I was shocked, eating and being kicked out by the men who took the dirty plates and glasses, people were also told to say "DO NOT HERE DON'T HERE" (near the drink table near the photobooth where there is a chair you know) and free, I want him where the important thing is not in the middle of the aisle or at the altar, well, I was close to the same drinking place, then the father was fierce saying "IF YOU DON'T EAT HERE, HERE ARE NOT THE EATING PLACE" while lifting the dirty dishes to the table which table is still a lot of clean glasses and my food ... HELLOOOOO CONTINUOUSLY I WERE TO EAT WHEN EATING THE BUILDING ???? even if it's really rushed, which is still 1 hour until the end of the event, all that's left is to say fine and polite not to be rude especially until it's like that ... we are invited guests who are invited by those who have events instead of people coming without invitations..deeuhhh directly I don't respect it, even though the overall is good you know, but it's a shame that the service has a lot of disrespect for guests ... disappointed, hopefully it can be evaluated and improved so that it's not ashamed of the name of Amira Wedding
