★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my haircut here with fave coupon. The service is good. The staffs are friendly, too. Fyi, all staffs are dominantly male. But don’t doubt their skills. Definitely will visit again next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. I wouldn't normally leave such a strong review. But this place deserve it. Warning! Do not purchase Fave Voucher for this place, bought one for creambath, wash, BLOW DRY, and massage, but they said not including BLOW DRY, only drying (angin-angin aja bahasa nya mereka) - later on confirming to FAVE the package is including Blow Dry as shown in the package.
Then I asked for haircut service, what I heard it is including Blow dry, so I took it since my Fave Voucher was just "angin-angin aja". Turns out, the haircut price was not including Blow Dry ?.
That will be my first and last time using their service.
