★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menjalani terapi di AMG Klinik anak saya banyak mengalami kemajuan pesat. Tempat terapinya dilengkapi cctv agar kita bisa melihat aktifitas anak dan ruang tunggu ber-AC yang nyaman. Terapisnya juga kompeten dan ramah2. Biaya terapi yg jauh lebih murah dari tempat terapi lain dan bisa mencicil biaya terapi sungguh meringankan beban para orangtua. Bersyukur sekali saya bertemu dengan klinik ini. Terimakasih AMG klinik. Maju selalu dan sukses terus dalam mendidik ananda2 berkemampuan khusus penerus bangsa.
 Undergoing therapy at AMG My child's clinic has made a lot of progress. The therapy place is equipped with CCTV so we can see the children's activities and a comfortable air-conditioned waiting room. The therapists are also competent and friendly. The cost of therapy which is much cheaper than other therapy places and being able to pay off the cost of therapy really lightens the burden on parents. I am so grateful that I met this clinic. Thank you AMG clinic. Always go forward and continue to be successful in educating children with special abilities for the nation's successors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this clinic randomly from google and chat the admin if assesment for special needs child can be done by a psychologist. The admin said they can provide the service but demand a down payment of IDR 200K, so that we can get IDR200K discount, the normaln rate is IDR800K. I was not thinking clearly as I really need an urgent second opinion after a doctor diagnosed my child with PDD NOS. As we arrived, the clinic was empty and I had to make several calls until somebody fetched us. I was disappointed to understand that the assessor was not a psychologist but only a senior therapist (who was also a sub contractor). After 1 hour observation, the session ended and the assessor mentioned the report will be delivered max. in 2 weeks, but it was only after I reminded them, they delivered the report via whatsapp (nearly 3 weeks after). Their threapy package also very expensive compared to RS Hermina, RS Harum or clinic Pela9 with limited faclity.
Not recommended at all.
P.s :
To your response, i was informed that the report will be sent to me in 2 weeks and not to be self collected. Furthermore, why the admin not even informed me if the report ready to be picked up? Instead, I have to remind them after 2 weeks passed by. I think with the premium price for the assessment, customer deserves better customer service. I understand there is special price for the packages if we take 3 months program, but this experience has stopped me to entrust my child to your service. Hope you can take the feedback positively and wish the clinic better in the future.
