★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perh ngajuin disini tp marketing gak responsif, di wa balesnya bsa 3 harian kadang2 gak dibales gak tau berkas di urus apa gak...suami sampe emosi akhirnya cabut berkas...gak jadi ngajuin di amarta.
Once submitted here but marketing is not responsive, the response can be 3 days, sometimes no response, don't know if the file is being handled or not... my husband got emotional and finally pulled the file... didn't submit it at Amarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahannya oke, kecuali akses jalan pas naik ke tahap 2, tanjakannya ngeri bgt, hati2 kpeleset. Dulu waktu pengajuan, yg nanganin saya orgnya ga responsif pdhl namanya baru pertama kali ajuin kpr pasti banyak yg perlu ditanyakan dan dijelaskan, apalagi walaupun kpr subsidi kita ini konsumen dan ttp bayar angsuran setelah akad kredit, jd harusnya jgn tunggu ditanya dulu baru diinfokan. Proses kpr dari awal tahun 2020 sampai akhir 2020, terkendala pandemi, dokumen diminta berkali2, materai diminta 50 lembar.
The housing is okay, except for the access road when you go up to stage 2, the incline is terrible, be careful if you slip. In the past, when I submitted, the person who handled me was not responsive, even though the name was the first time I applied for a mortgage, there must be a lot that needs to be asked and explained, especially even though our subsidized mortgage is a consumer and still pays installments after the credit agreement, so we shouldn't wait to be asked before being informed. The mortgage process from the beginning of 2020 to the end of 2020, was constrained by the pandemic, the documents were requested many times, the stamp duty was requested for 50 sheets.

Perum subsidi terdekat di selatan jakarta.
Dengan di adakannya peninggian dan penambahan tanggul, semoga kedepannya tidak banjir lagi saat hujan deras.

Keluar SP3K tgl 27-01-2021.
Rumah indent dan di janjikan marketing (Pak Deny) rumah jadi dalam jangka waktu 2 bulan setelah SP3K.
Tgl 28-03-2021 rumah jadi.
Tgl 29-03-2021 akad bank.
Tgl 4-04-2021 serah terima kunci.
Alhamdulillah marketing yang menangani saya (Pak Deny ?????) kinerjanya menurut saya cepat, Dan orangnya sabar.

29-03-2021 bank contract.
4-04-2021 key handover.
Alhamdulillah, the marketing that handled me (Mr. Deny ?????) I think the performance is fast, and the person is patient.
