★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price-wise this hotel is relatively cheap; so you're getting what you pay for which in this case is a mediocre room with mediocre facility and mediocre breakfast. On the plus side, the internet connection is quite fast (based on streaming youtube in 1080p without the need to buffer)
For it's price level, this hotel is actually quite nice for its size, comfort, and friendly staff but why I'm giving this hotel only two stars is that (1) the hot water is brown, (2) they didn't change my bed sheet (I noticed the same stain) and (3) I don't know why there are sewing pins pinned on the headrest of the mattress.
Tip: make sure you run the hot water for a good 10 minutes before you decide to hop in the shower to avoid any brown water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 5 nights, we booked this hotel for some foreigner visitors to stay. They picked this hotel since it's nearby to the activity's location and its price. The room is quite comfortable for budget hotel, TV channels are okay too (for local and foreigners), the staffs are friendly and the lift is secured only for the guests who have access card. Room for improvements are : Food - Breakfast needed to be improve to be variety. It was quite boring to have the same menus for 5 mornings in a row. I also found the spoon and glasses covered with dirt. Security / Staff accountability - one of our foreigner visitors' perfume missing on the second night. We tried to ask the receptionist, but they couldn't track down which shift that cleaned the room on that very day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just checked out from the hotel. The room i got was little bit dissapointed. The shower didnt work, the tap of washbasin for cold water didnt work neither. There's no amenities in bathroom such as cap shower also toothbrush (inc. Toothpaste). Yet, the room quiet clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't complain much, the services are OK. But some of them were delayed due to lack of numbers of the staff at some particular time (still reasonable, though the guests would expect more on these stuff). Clean room, but quite noisy even when the door was closed. Still an optional place to stay for a short business trip around Tangerang municipality.

The rooms are very neat and well kept, the breakfast menu is suffice, it is a pleasant environment with staff that will make sure you are well cared for during your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time stayed at this hotel. I would say the experience was not among the best. I stayed for a night with family. I would cover the pros and cons and summarize the star based on that.
Pros :
- Staff are friendly and helpful
- Room is quite clean
Cons :
- No tea and coffee on the room, no drink heater as well. Therefore had to pick the beverage on receptionist and brought upstair :(
- The breakfast is below par, food is ok but lack of variety, some food need to be specifically asked, e.g. sunside egg.
- Additional key has to deposit money, really hinder the mobility, especially if bring family, provided that no tea in room.
- No restaurant room service available, no hotel service catalogue in room
- Some hotel ammenities need to be requested manually (laundry bag, cotton buds, etc)
Summary
Actually I expect much from the price but the service vs cost just doesn't match. Standard hotel facilities seems to be lacking, however the staff are quite helpful and friendly, last aspect is the reason i don't put one star.
