★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sewa apartemen yg versi studio room buat 3 org. First, appreciate buat adminnya yg punya. Tp emng yg bikin males dilempar lempar dari owner ke admin 1, lalu ke admin lainnya. Saran saya, kalau pakai jasa Alva room, bisa menghubungi jauh hari sebelumnya. Lalu H-1 bisa menghubungi adminnya lagi.
Yg kedua, admin tidak begitu mengajarkan cara memasuki apartemen. Karena apartemen bukan sembarang org yg bsa masuk, jd ada tata cara.
Roomnya bagus, semua berfungsi dan ga ada masalah sama ac,gas, air dan lainnya. Tp yg agak disayangkan banyak anak kecoa didalam ruangan. Saran untuk admin, H-1 bisa menyemprot dengan baygon atau lainnya.
Yg lebih enak adalah karena apartemen ini dekat dengan semua hal, dari makanan laundry dan lainnya.
Nilai plus saya adalah adminnya ramah
Rent an apartment with a studio room for 3 people. First, appreciate the admin who has it. But the one who made me lazy was thrown from owner to admin 1, then to another admin. My advice, if you use Alva room services, you can contact in advance. Then H-1 can contact the admin again.
Secondly, the admin does not really teach how to enter the apartment. Because the apartment is not just anyone who can enter, so there are procedures.
The room was good, everything worked and there was no problem with the air conditioner, gas, water and others. But a bit unfortunate many cockroach children in the room. Suggestions for admin, H-1 can spray with baygon or other.
What's even better is that this apartment is close to everything, from laundry and other things.
My plus point is that the admin is friendly
