Ketika diorder, dan sudah dibayar via Tokopedia, tiba2 susah untuk di follow up, alasannya ybs sedang online, sampai beberapa kali Follow up. yang terakhir disuruh tunggu, eh sdh ditunggu beberapa menit, telphone saya ditutup. Benar2 tdk punya sopan santun dan tata krama
1 hari kemudian dibilang barang harganya naik sekitar 15%.

β β β β β Ternyata penipu. Membeli thermo gun dengan harga Rp 2 juta/ buah. Dikirim barang rusak. Ketika di barang dikembalikan katanya bakal diperbaiki dulu dan butuh waktu 1 bulan. Padahal kalau beli di tempat lain yang memberikan garansi pasti langsung di ganti. Kan wabah nya sekarang. Bukan 1 bulan lagi. Pelayanan yang sangat buruk. Setelah komplain berkali-kali baru mendapatkan barang pengganti dengan kualitas yang juga tidak bagus. Bahkan untuk ongkir pun saya harus bayar lagi padahal saya sudah bayar ongkir sebelumnya.
Seharusnya jika tidak mau mendapatkan review buruk, jangan melakukan penipuan. Saya sudah konfirmasi sebelum transaksi untuk menanyakan ketersediaan barang. Saya melakukan pembayaran tanggal 1 April dan baru mendapatkan barang tgl 26 April. Tolong jangan memanfaatkan musibah untuk mendapatkan keuntungan besar
