★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jujur gw kecewa ma ni florist, ketika gw pesen bouquet bunga untuk dikirimkan kepada teman sebuah kantor di bekasi, nama penerima di tuliskan nama pemesan ( nama saya ), auto gak diterima sama yg ditujulaah / yg dikirim karena bunganya bersifat surprice... gw jg dah pesen minta foto klo barang dah nyampe dijawab lama bukti fotonya, dan gtu kiriman salah nama diketahui dari foto yg dikirim pihak grab, pihak penerima sudah terlanjur pulang.... intinya sich gagal total daaah... bener2 mengecewakan laaah, bukan masalah seberapa rupiah uang yang saya keluarkan namun karena momen yg sudah terlewat...... terimakasih sudah "LUPA" dalam menulis nama yg bener sebagai penerima barangnya....
Honestly, I'm disappointed as a florist, when I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to a friend in an office in Bekasi, the recipient's name was written in the name of the customer (my name), the auto was not received at the destination / sent because the flowers were a surprise... I also I ordered a photo asking for a photo when the item arrived, it took a long time to answer the photo proof, and the wrong name was found from the photo sent by Grab, the recipient had already returned.... the point is that it failed miserably... it's really disappointing, it doesn't matter how much rupiah of money that I spent but because the moment has passed...... thank you for "forgetting" in writing the correct name as the recipient of the goods....
