Diminta bantuan untuk menghubungi sales malah enggan, dengan alasan sedang makan dan tidak ingin untuk melayani. What an awful service!
 Good service, at first. Unfortunately, after experiencing problems with the car purchased, the dealer seems to be giving up. CS is not responsive and unprofessional. Asked for help contacting sales, they were even reluctant, with the excuse that they were eating and didn't want to serve. What an awful service!

Hyundai I20 incaran sudah sesuai dengan harapan, baik kualitas maupun harga, ditambah dapat voucher untuk perawatan rutin (seperti beli mobil baru). The unit is fine. The service is friendly, the explanation of the condition of the car is very clear and honest. If something doesn't fit, you can request for repair. Fast process. The targeted Hyundai I20 has met expectations, both in terms of quality and price, plus a voucher for routine maintenance (such as buying a new car).
