dengan dokter Dimas dan di beri tahu kalau saya no 3,setelah nomor 2 selesai yg panggil justru nom4 tanpa ada pemberitahuan ke. Saya yg sudah menunggu 2 jam. Saya tanya dia menjawab no4 sudah janjian 2 Minggu lalu eh Bagian receptionis nya ga profesional...seharusnya ikuti nomor antrian dong kan saya no 3 dari awal dan minimal beritahu saya kalau saya ditukar ke nomor 4
When I came on Wednesday 10 Nov 2021 to register
with doctor Dimas and he was told that I was number 3, after number 2 was finished the caller was number 4 without any notification to. I've been waiting 2 hours. I asked him, he replied that number 4 had an appointment 2 weeks ago, eh, the receptionist section is not professional...should have followed the queue number, right, I was number 3 from the start and at least let me know if I was changed to number 4

Suami saya jelas jelas sudah dapat nomor antrian ke 3
Tapi setelah selesai pengerjaan no.2 malah dipanggil no.4
Pas saya tanyakan ke resepsionis jawabnya seenaknya yg nomor 4 daftar dari 2minggu lalu..lah kan suami saya juga daftar.
Ga dihargain sekali.
Kenapa harus ga mengikuti nomor antrian yang ada
Bener2 tidak profesionaL
I am disappointed with the service
My husband clearly already got the 3rd queue number
But after finishing work on no.2 instead called no.4
When I asked the receptionist, the answer was arbitrary, number 4 was listed from 2 weeks ago... my husband also registered.
Not very appreciated.
Why not follow the existing queue number
