Ada 17 unit rumah yang akan dibangun di atas lahan seluas 1700 m2 ini. Luas bangunan standar 36 m2, luas tanah bervariasi mulai 64-84 m2.
Semuanya bisa dibeli tunai atau diangsur langsung ke developer, dengan akad jual beli murni. Tanpa KPR Bank dan tanpa BI Cheking, angsurannya pun flat sampai lunas. InsyaAllah aman dari riba.
Di dekat perumahan ini memang ada sungai, tapi menurut warga sekitar, aman dari banjir.
Rumahnya sistem indent, bukan ready stock. Tapi indentnya tidak lama, max 12 bulan sejak pelunasan DP sudah serahterima kunci dan bangunan. Saat ini sudah mulai pembangunan rumah pertama dan kedua, rumah ketiga segera menyusul.
