Saya adalah member ponta,pagi ini saya ada belanja di Alfa midi cabang tersebut dan membeli bbrp pesanan disana,namun sayang,disini cashier sangat tidak jujur,saya membeli 1 pcs sosis kanzler namun di struk dihitung 2 pcs.mohon kiranya Alfamidi menindaklanjutin ketidak jujuran ini,jika tidak saya sendiri yg akan mengambil langkah yg terbaik.
Sebab sebelum ny saya juga prnh complain tapi tidak ditanggapin.
Dan disini saya lampirkan bukti barang belanja saya dan video ny .dan masih banyak video bukti ny yg saya simpen.

I am a Ponta member, this morning I was shopping at the Alfa midi branch and bought several orders there, but unfortunately, the cashier here is very dishonest, I bought 1 pcs Kanzler sausage but the receipt counted 2 pcs. Please Alfamidi follow up on this dishonesty If not, I will take the best steps myself.
Because before that I also complained but got no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nya cukup besar dan cukup lengkap dan saya sering belanja ke sini. tapi hari ini saya merasa tidak nyaman setelah melihat banyak pembeli lainnya banyak yang tidak menggunakan masker di tengah pandemi seperti ini. dan saya sudah tanyakan ke kasir dan jawaban nya tidak memuaskan. kasir nya tidak tegas terhadap pembeli yang tidak menggunakan masker.
