Jadi ada 2 kasir, dan saya minta untuk top up, tapi salah satu orang ini hanya diam saja tidak menanggapi atau mengarahkan saya untuk di kasir sebelahnya atau "sedang tidak bisa", malah tiba² disebelahnya yang respon tanpa basa-basi pula. Saya jadi kurang nyaman. Perbaiki lagi pelayanannya. Sudah di 2 tempat saya dapati pelayanan seperti ini. Tingkatkan kembali kualitas SDM nya.
