Kondisi toko sangat bersih dan sejuk serta tidak bau asap rokok Walaupun di depan alfamart (outdoor) disediakan tempat duduk dan banyaj yang merokok.
Lokasi nya strategis berada di pinggir jalan gatot subroto yang banyak akan pabrik (karena daerah industri).
Di dekat alfamart banyak toko - toko juga jadi bisa sekalian belanja kebutuhan lainnya.
