★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemaren nukerin voucher cashback 50ribu, kata pegawai alfamart , harus ada voucher 100ribu, nanti cashback nya 50ribu, saya tlp pihak gojek untuk driver, coba berpindah alfa , saya akhirnya berpindah ke alfamart yang di samping Jl hj matasan, alhamdulillah pegawai nya ramah, dia mau ngeladenin voucher kami, setelah berhasil , saya coba ke alfamart yang sebelumnya, saya bilang ini bisa di alfamart sana( yg jl hj matasan ) , terus dia ngomong masih sama seprti sebelumnya , karena saya kesal saya kasih unjuk struk alfa yg tadi dan aplikasi gojek saya, akhirnya saya bilang " Jangan sotoy mas " saya harap pihak alfamart memberi edukasi/perhatian kepada pegawai tersebut. Karena kami gak minta. Tapi kami membeli nya. Semoga dibaca sama manajemen alfamart
Yesterday exchanged 50 thousand cashback vouchers, said Alfamart employees, there must be 100 thousand vouchers, later the cashback is 50 thousand, I called the gojek for the driver, tried to switch alpha, I finally moved to Alfamart which is next to Jl hj matasan, thank God the staff are friendly, he wants Serving our voucher, after it worked, I tried the previous Alfamart, I said it could be in Alfamart there (which was JL HJ MATASAN), then he said it was still the same as before, because I was annoyed I showed the alpha receipt earlier and my GoJek application , finally I said "Don't be sotoy, mas" I hope Alfamart will give education / attention to these employees. Because we didn't ask. But we bought it. Hopefully read the same Alfamart management

BELI ROKOK,MINUMAN,PAMPERS (DISKON), HARGA DISKON DI PAMPERS TETEP DI POTONG TAPI QUANTITY DI MINUMAN KALENG DI JADIKAN 2 ITEM PADAHAL SAYA BELI CUMAN 1, SAYA LANGSUNG COMPLAIN TERUS KASIRNYA BILANG "OH IYA" YANG NGELAYANIN COWO TAPI DI STRUK NAMA KASIRNYA RIKA ( SEPERTI NAMA CEWEK). 2. I HAVE SHOPPED HERE TWICE BUT EVEN DISAPPOINTED, 1. BUY CIGARETTE, DRINK, PAMPERS (DISCOUNT), THE DISCOUNT PRICE IN PAMPERS STAYS CUT BUT THE QUANTITY IN THE CAN DRINK INTO 2 ITEMS WHILE I BUYED ONLY 1, I COMPLAINED DIRECTLY "OH YES" THAT SERVE THE COWO BUT THE CASHIER'S NAME STRUCTURE IS RIKA ( LIKE A GIRL'S NAME). 2. I JUST BUYED PAMPERS WHICH AGAIN THERE WAS A DISCOUNT OF 5500K BUT WHEN I PAYED AT THE CASHIER, THERE WAS THE NORMAL PRICE, WHEN I COMPLAINED DIRECTLY THERE WAS ANOTHER AGAIN, BECAUSE THERE WAS A LOT OF PEOPLE ALSO. PLEASE RECOMMEND THE LEADERS OR BRANCH HEAD OF EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS, THANK YOU!

Mba2 who is guarding the cashier at around 8 pm I don't know the name of the principal whose eyeshadow is so bright LO JUDES IS VERY filthy when he asked a member, his tone was very curt, after giving change, there was no reply. Najis, you haven't got your paycheck, right? Yes samaaaa. But that's not the case either.

The service is not so great either, the cashier kind of clumsy for mistaken my groceries with others
The price is normal like other convenience store. The only things that dissapoint me is the parking service. The place is not quite clean as you can see in the photos that i took
