★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau belanja sebaiknya kasirnya di cerewetin kalau kita diem aja malah sangat-sangat merugikan!!! Saya sengaja beli barang promo tapi ketika di kasir saya di kasih harga normal dan gak di kasih nota!!! Padahal jelas d setiap sudutnya tertulis promonya dan di depan kasir pun tertulis juga masih promo!!! astafirullah sekarang banyak orang yg lg cari kerjaan susah, pegawain alfamart disini malah kerja asal"an malah merugikan toko dengan memberikan pelayanan yang buruk ke customer

Salah satu pramu/kasirnya ada yang sok kegantengan, sok lucu padahal guyonanya bocah banget, jadiin customer jadi bahan candaan. Pliss deh alffamart lebih selektif cari pegawai, emang cari pegawai yang ganteng kasih gajinya emang lebih tinggi ya? Kalau sama mending deh cari yang ganteng beneran toh perusahaan nggak rugi malah untung. Kapok belanja disini. Jadi pramu/kasir aja kayak gitu kalau dah jadi MD atau kepala toko, wah entahlahh. Semoga jadi koreksi. Pisss
Oh iya satu lagi, beberapa kali belanja disini nggak pernah dikasi struk pembayaran.

Very bad service.
