★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan yang sangat buruk, dateng kesini buat bayar listrik, saya udh antri dikasir pas sampe kasir bilangnya gak bisa bayar listrik, kalau mau agak sorean jm 5 an krn mau pergantian shift, lah kok yg lain bayar belanjaan bisa knp saya mesti nunggu sore kn gak logis
Very bad service, come here to pay for electricity, I have queued up in the cash when the cashier says I can't pay for electricity, if you want it a bit late in the evening because I want to change shifts, how come the others who pay the groceries can I wait for the evening not logical

Pagi ini saya mengalami pengalaman yg kurang menyenangkan di almart Tebet barat Jl. Tebet Barat VIII No.33A, Jakarta
Saat saya masuk tidak terdengar sapaan mengucapkan salam ataupun memberi senyum seperti layaknya SOP pelayana minimarket di jakarta.Kemudian terjadilah percapan anatara saya dan Kasir yang bernama Rani saat saya mau bayar belanjaan online saya.
Kasir : " mau bayar tunai atau tidak pak". (tanpa expresi senyum)
Saya : "memang ada pembayaran online non tunai di di alfa"(krn saya sudah sering melakukan pembayaran online di alfa dan memang tidal bisa non tunai).
Kasir : “memang tidak bisa pak pembayaran online hanya bisa tunai” (masih tanpa senyum)
Saya : (sambil tertawa)” kalau ga bisa kenapa di tanyakan mba? Mba aneh...harusnya kalau kasih pilihan yg saya bisa memilih”.
Kasir : “memang biasanya pelanggan yg lain suka menanyakan”. (tetap dengan tanpa senyum)
Saya :(saya sudah mulai jengkel dengan percakapan yg tulalit)..”mba kalau memang ga ada pilihannya ga usah buang waktu di tanyakan...”
Kasir :(tanpa sedikitpun merasa bersalah dan terlontar kata maaf ...telah membuat pelanggan tidak nyaman).”bapak dari awal hanya saya menanyakan mau bayar tunai atau tidak”(aduhh...ini gw yg bego apa anak ini)
Akhirnya saya harus mengakhiri percakapan pagi yg kurang menyenangkan ini dg kasir yg bernama Rani yg katanya sudah bekerja selama 4 tahun.aneh sudah 4 tahun pelayan basic aj sebagai staff pelayanan mini market ga paham( membuat pelanggan nyaman tuk dapat kembali lagi belanja.
Buat pemilik alfa mart tebet barat mohon perhatiannya agar staffnya di training dengan benar agar ga smakin banyak lagi pelanggan anda nantinya kecewa.

This morning I had an unpleasant experience at the Almart Tebet Barat Jl. Tebet Barat VIII No.33A, Jakarta
When I entered there was no greeting, greeting or giving a smile like the SOP for minimarket services in Jakarta. Then there was a conversation between me and the cashier named Rani when I wanted to pay for my online shopping.
Cashier : " want to pay cash or not sir ". (without smiling expression)
Me: "there are indeed non-cash online payments at Alfa" (because I've often made online payments at Alfa and it really can't be non-cash).
Cashier: "it really can't, sir, online payments can only be cash" (still without a smile)
Me: (laughing) "If you can't, why ask Ms. Mba is strange... I should have given a choice that I could choose".
Cashier: "Indeed, usually other customers like to ask". (still with no smile)
Me :( I'm starting to get irritated with blatant conversations).” If you really don't have a choice, don't waste time asking...”
The cashier :( without the slightest feeling of guilt and the word sorry ... has made the customer uncomfortable) "Father from the start, I just asked if I wanted to pay cash or not" (ouch... this is what I am stupid, this child)
Finally, I had to end this unpleasant morning conversation with the cashier named Rani who said she had worked for 4 years. It's strange that the basic waiter has been 4 years as a mini market service staff, I don't understand (making customers comfortable to be able to go back to shopping.
For the owner of Alfa Mart Tebet Barat, please pay attention so that the staff is properly trained so that more and more customers will be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posisi Alfamart ada diseberang warung Lele crispy. Barang yang dijual lumayan lengkap, namun tidak ada buah-buahan dijual. Kalau tidak salah toko buka sampai jam 10 malam
Ada warung gorengan dan fresh juice didepan alfamart. Parkiran cukup luas dan ramah pelayanannya.
Ada ATM Mandiri dalam toko Alfamart.
Alfamart position is across from the crispy catfish shop. The goods sold are quite complete, but no fruits are sold. If it's not mistaken, the store is open until 10pm
There are fried and fresh juice stalls in front of Alfamart. Parking is quite extensive and friendly service.
There is a Mandiri ATM in the Alfamart store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tolong bagaimana pertanggung jawabannya saya jadi bayar 2 kali lipat karena transaksi gopay dibilang gagal, jadi saya bayar dengan debit bri. malamnya pas saya buka saldo gopay saya bkurang dan ternyata transaksi yang dibilang gagal itu berhasil.
please how can i be responsible so i pay 2 times because the gopay transaction failed, so i paid with bri debit. That night, when I opened my GoPay balance, my balance was low and it turned out that the transaction that was said to have failed was successful.
