β β β β β Alfamart KSU ini SATU SATU nya Alfamart yang pelayanannya LELET,LAMBAT DAN PELAYANANNYA GA RAMAH.
Rumah saya dekat dengan alfa ini, saya pun member alfagift tapi sering bilang ga ada member karna hanya akan semakin memperlambat transaksi .
Entah kariawannya baru terus, entah memang individual masing-masing kariawannya yg buruk, atau sop nya yg ga berjalan??
Sampai terakhir pagi tadi saya belanja pun masih saja lelet, hanya mencari SKU dari Lemineral galon saja untuk org yang transaksi didepan saya sampai harus meninggalkan kasir cukup lama padahal didalam ada 1 kariawan lagi yg pakai kemeja.
Dan yg paling menjengkel kannya, pas mereka berdua sudah mulai ke area kasir lagi masih ribet nyari SKU tsb sedangkan antrian sudah panjang sampai yang di belakang saya teriak INI MASIH LAMA MAS?
Si kasir cowo (pramuniaga) bilang di sebelah bisa dengan masmas yg pakai kemeja, tapi yang pakai kemeja malah asik buka handphone TANPA PERDULI dengan ANTRIAN KASIR!
Kalo memang itu handphone toko dan ada chat untuk toko, tapi yg jelas jelas didepan mata dulu aja di layanin. BENAR GA??
Tolong mengerti, pagi hari itu kami jam berangkat kerja jadi jangan dibuat terhambat dan BUANG BUANG WAKTU hanya untuk melihat kariawan main handphone / kariawan sibuk nyari SKU.
Akhirnya saya tinggal, saya ga jadi belanja disitu!!
Sudah sering saya belanja disitu di kecewakan, entah MD / Asistan kepala toko atau mungkin Kelapa Toko nya yg pakai kemeja.
GA ADA SOPAN SANTUNNYA DI TANYA, MUKANYA GA NGENAKIN DAN SELALU NGOBROL BUKAN MELAYANI DULU PELANGGAN !!
Apa iya dia ngerasa jabatannya sudah tinggi makanya ga mau ngelayanin?
saya tanya barang aja cuma jawab GA ADA, apa itu pantas??
sayangnya saya ga bawa handphone berapa kali kesitu, tapi hari ini akan jadi hari TERAKHIR SAYA BELANJA di ALFAMART KSU.
LEBIH BAIK KE INDOMARET.
Dan buat tam ALFAMART MANAGEMENT, TOLONG PERBAIKI PELAYANAN ALFAMART KSU!!
Jangan memanjakan kariawan TANPA SOP lalu KEHILANGAN PELANGGAN SETIA.
Buat si kariawan-kariawan tsb bisa lebih SEPENUHATI LAGI melayani untuk kedepannya.

Alfamart KSU is the ONLY Alfamart whose service is SLOW, SLOW AND THE SERVICE IS NOT FRIENDLY.
My house is close to this alpha, I am also an alphagift member but often say there is no member because it will only slow down transactions.
Do you know if the employees are new, whether it's the individual employees who are bad, or the soup isn't working??
Until last morning, I was still shopping slow, just looking for SKUs from Lemineral gallons for people who made transactions in front of me until they had to leave the cashier for quite a while even though inside there was 1 more employee who wore a shirt.
And what annoys him the most, when the two of them started to go to the cashier area, it was still difficult to find the SKU while the queue was long until the one behind me shouted IT IS STILL LONG?
The male cashier (salesperson) said that on the other side you can use the masmas who wears a shirt, but the one who wears a shirt is cool to open his cellphone WITHOUT CARE with the CASH QUOTE!
If that's the shop's cellphone and there is a chat for the shop, but what's clear is that it's in front of your eyes, you just have to serve it. CORRECT??
Please understand, that morning we went to work so don't be hampered and wasted time just to see employees playing on their cellphones / employees busy looking for SKUs.
I finally stayed, I didn't go shopping there!!

THERE IS NO PRINCIPLE IN ASKING, HIS FACE IS UNCOMFORTABLE AND ALWAYS CHALLENGING NOT SERVING CUSTOMERS FIRST!!
Does he feel that his position is already high, so he doesn't want to serve?
I just asked the item, I just said NO, is it worth it??
Unfortunately I didn't bring my cellphone with me, how many times have I been there, but today will be my LAST day shopping at ALFAMART KSU.

And for the ALFAMART MANAGEMENT team, PLEASE IMPROVE KSU's ALFAMART SERVICE!!
Don't pamper kariawan WITHOUT SOP then LOSE LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
Make the kariawan-kariawan they can be more SETENUHATI AGAIN serve for the future.
