Bank paling tidak memenuhi standar pelayanan kepada nasabah, 3 hari berturut", hari pertama antri di bilang offline, hari ke 2 antri dari pagi sampe tutup ujung"nya offline lagi , hari ke 3 antri ujung"nya klo mau buat tabungan mesti sesuai domisili ktp.. toh emang kalo peraturan begitu kenapa gk dari awal ngomongnya, bikin orang bolak balik ke bank tersebut, dan mengikuti apa yg di arahkan, ujung"nya "ZONK" kaya waktu orang gk berharga..

TOLONG DI BERI EDUKASI UNTUK SEMUA SECURITYNYA. Saya datang mau buat rekening, kata securitynya bisa pakai KK, saya pulang lagi buat ambil kartu KK, saya datang lagi udah gtu nunggu 3 jam dari jam 12 sampai jam 3, giliran antri custumernya bilang ga bisa ! Tolong dong buat sekurity kasih info selengkap lengkapnya, jadi saya ga buang buang waktu kalo begini . Parah.
PLEASE EDUCATE ALL OF HIS SECURITY. Bank paling gak niat! Lebih sering tutup daripada buka! Pelayanan seala kadar. Jam operasional di google seperti penipuan publik.

Bank yang ga bisa ngsih pelayanan, saran seharusnya di tutup aja. Scurity lebih2 harus di ganti atau suruh sekolah lagi harus ada edukasi. Buang2 waktu kalo mau datang kesini. Datang pagi aja 2 jam sebelum jam operasional ga di layanin.datang pas waktu 15 menit sebelum buka juga ga di layanin katanya sudah penuh. Maunya bank ini apa?????

Sumpah sangat mengecewakan pelayanannya ? mentang2 cuma mau ngambil BSU aja kita yg antri dari pagi di belakangin dr pagi j 8 sampai jam 13:00 ga dipanggil2, giliran nasabah yg baru dtg dilayanin duluan, perbandingan 1:6 , yg nomer antrian 5 BSU tak kunjung2 dipanggil, sedangkan yg nomer antrian 30 nasabah udah kelar, heei men... ? Dimana letak pelayanan adilnya??? Mana satpamnya ga ramah banget pilih2 mau negor, namanya NORMAN (harus di didik ulang) biar punya etika?? ko bisa ya?? Mohon lebih bijaksana lagi pak/buk, semua org punya waktunya masing2 ???
