★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah..beli susu uht,tertera hrga 3500, dikasir saat mw bayar saya tanya brp,di bilang hrga 5rb,setelah saya bilang kok hrga di rak 3500 br dia pay out mesin kasir dan kkuarlah htga 3500, setwlah itu dia cma trima uang pas saya dan nyelonong menyingkir tanpa ksh struk ke saya....,HATI HATI hrs teliti klo belanja disana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawai bernama mumun pelayanan sangat mengecewakan, dia tidak tahu cara isi saldo tp malah menyalahkan cs.. tata bahasa nya malah menantang customer, silahkan buka cctv tgl 10 Nov 2021 sekitar jam 4 sore
The employee named mumun is very disappointing, he doesn't know how to top up the balance but instead blames the cs.. his grammar even challenges the customer, please open cctv on 10 Nov 2021 around 4 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali ke alfamart kota lama, saya belanja di Alfa gift dan saya pick up sendiri. Saya pilih pengambilan jam 10:00-12:00 saya datang tepat jam 10:00 tapi barang belanjaan belum ready di siapin. Tidak lama saya menunggu dan barang belanjaan ready. Di depan toko ada meja dan kursi, dan dinding ada gambar mural. Ruangan di dalam sejuk, AC berfungsi dengan bain. Ada juga bean spot di dalam toko, menyediakan coffee, roti dan nasi ayam goreng tepung.
It's my first time to Alfamart Kota Lama, I shopped at Alfa Gift and I picked up myself. I chose to pick up at 10:00-12:00. I arrived at 10:00 exactly but the groceries were not ready to be prepared. It didn't take long for me to wait and the groceries were ready. In front of the shop there are tables and chairs, and the walls have murals. The room is cool inside, the AC works well. There is also a bean spot inside the shop, providing coffee, bread and fried chicken rice.
