★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ramah dan baik. Tempat parkir memadai. Di tepi jalan, sangat strategis di sebelah kiri jalan dari arah utara. Banyak diskon dan promo setiap awal bulan. Bersih dan tertata rapi. Ada petugas parkir. Ada atm centre di dekat alfamart Kartini.
Friendly and good service. Parking space is adequate. On the roadside, very strategic on the left side of the road from the north. Many discounts and promos at the beginning of every month. Clean and neat. There is a parking attendant. There is an ATM center near Alfamart Kartini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alfamart terdekat dari rumah. Termasuk alfamart teratur dan terbersih yang saya temui. Walaupun ada tukang parkirnya, tetapi saya tidak dimintai uang parkir. Heheeww
The closest Alfamart from home. Including the organized and cleanest Alfamart I have come across. Even though there was a parking attendant, but I was not asked for parking money. Heheeww

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenernya dari segi lokasi paling nyaman utk belanja di outlet alfa ini, parkir memadai dan area enaklah. Hanya dari segi servis paling kacau, pernah tertipu masalah kupon stiker yg dikumpulkan utk mendapat barang, misal bbrp tahun lalu panci/teflon. Singkat kata, kupon2 terpenuhi utk 2 barang teflon dan karena barang inden, dianjurkan olh pegawai saat itu utk bayar dimuka dan akan ditelpon jika persediaan sdh ada. 2 struk jd bukti lamaaaa sampai tulisan kabur dan belum ada realisasi juga. Padahal waktu itu gencar promo oleh buzzer2 yg direkrut Alfamart.
Beberapi x komplain, sudah dilihat supervisor dan blm ada tindakan juga. Nilai struk lebih dari 150rb satu struk dan sekitar 90rb an utk struk lainnya utk menebus panci dan teflon (2 barang). Mungkin naas aja saya, karena tidak pernah kejadian di outlet alfa lain di kota manapun. Kapok akhirnya ikut promo apapun di outlet tsb, sdh ternoda servisnya. Walaupun bgt ya saya msh belanja2 di alfa itu, apa boleh buat. Memaafkan bisa, tapi gak bisa dilupakan. Ketipu telak. MOHON SOLUSI

Several x complaints, the supervisor has seen it and no action has been taken either. The value of the receipt is more than 150 thousand for one receipt and around 90 thousand for another receipt to redeem the pan and Teflon (2 items). Maybe I'm just unlucky, because it's never happened at other alpha outlets in any city. Kapok finally joined any promo at the outlet, the service has been tarnished. Even though I'm still shopping at the alpha, what can I do. You can forgive, but you can't forget. Totally cheated. PLEASE SOLUTION

Kelebihannya buka 24 jam jadi bisa didatangin sewaktu waktu...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alfamartnya komplit biasa beli Air galon VIT sekalian liat mainan hotwheels. parkiran & lokasinya mudah. Depanya ada yg jual kebab kalau malem. ada ATM juga. cuma kalo pas ramai, tempat ngantri kasirnya sempit.
The Alfamart is complete, you can buy VIT gallon water while watching the hotwheels toy. parking & location is easy. In front there is someone who sells kebabs at night. there is an ATM too. only when it's crowded, the cashier's queue is narrow.
