★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa banget sama kasirnya yg cewek..gak ditraining apa emang udah senior si..mukanya gak ada senyum senyumnya sama sekali sama pelanggan.. udah berkali kali dan baru tadi saya bilang "yang ramah mbk" ehhh dijawab.."udah ramah mbaknya aja yg kaya gt.." lah siapa yang kagak marah kalo ketus trus cuman nanya "mau diplastik gak" emang kagak bisa bilang.."mari kakak, mau diplastik..dengan suara lembut promfisional dikit dong..kalian bos lu..gaji karyawan yg ngrusak nama perusahaan. emang kalo kita dateng orangnya item kagak cantik pake sendal bawa motor trus dipandang gt ya.. yaelah..alfamart jakal gak bisa cari pegawai yg bener bener pengen kerja profisional baik ramah menyenangkan..dan pengen pembeli balik terus ke situ??? sumpah saya sakit hati banget..na'udzubillah amit amit..lg hamil cekcok gak penting banget... inget ya disini saya pembeli dan saya datang buat belanja saya cuma kecewa dengan pelayanan di alfamart situ. kasian retingnya jelek alfamart pertigaan mau ke jalan pandanaran..saya sakit hati. Pemilik semoga toko bisa membenahi pelayanan biar rame..sepi bisa jadi karna karyawannya jutek. udah ah..bt saya.
I'm really disappointed with the cashier who is a girl..wasn't trained or are you already a senior..his face doesn't have a smile on his smile at all with customers.. it's been many times and just now I said "the friendly one, Ms. just like that.." who isn't angry when he's curt and then just asks "do you want plasticized or not" can't really say.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ternyata ga cuma gua doang yg dilayanin dengan tidak baik. ketika nanya" sama mba yg keliling lg restock barang baik banget. eh kecewanya pas bayar kasirnya (nurul) judes banget. gua jg gaditanyain pulsa sama member, berhak dong dapet free? yg bayar sebelum gua jg gadilayani dgn baik. masa dia niatnya mau beli serba 10rb krn udh minimum purchase tp katanya gabisa karena blm sampe 50rb, tapi dia bayarnya 57rb? galagi" kemari.
