★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meski namanya kalo diluar bukan alfamart.. Overall lokasi parkir luas, bisa buat istrhat kalo dr perjalanan . Cm kurang atm saja yg belum ada
Even though the name outside is not Alfamart.. Overall the parking location is spacious, you can take a break if you're traveling. Cm not enough atm that doesn't exist yet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tanggal 28 Desember 2021 jam 10 an, saya datang dan posisinya hanya saya dan 1 orang customer. Customer satunya sudah duluan ke kasir karyawan wanita, saya melihat karyawan pria sedang berdiri dikasir, datanglah saya karena berpikir bisa dilayani langsung.. Tetapi yang saya dapat tatapan sinis tajam dan ketus dan tiba tiba dia meninggalkan meja kasir sambil menatap saya tanpa bicara, ntah apa yg dia ingin kerjakan. Tetapi jika dia punya pekerjaan yg lain atau lagi sibuk.
Setidaknya ramah dan menjelaskan Maaf antri ke kasir sebelah dulu ya kak..Simple tapi tidak dilakukan..
Apakah perekrutan karyawan tidak dilatih attitude dalam melayani konsumen.. Melayani 2 org saja lama sekali..
Tolong diajarkan kepada karyawan pria yg menggunakan sepatu sneaker converse maybe, untuh Ramah Dan tama sama customer... masak KALAH sama tukang cilok dan Indomaret.. Bagaimana OMSET mau naik orang karyawannya hanya sekedar bekerja untuk mendapatkan gaji pulang, bukan berdedikasi meningkatkan pelayanan agar ramai.. pantes saja sepi..
December 28, 2021 at 10 o'clock, I came and the position was just me and 1 customer. The other customer had already gone to the cashier, a female employee, I saw a male employee standing at the cashier, I came because I thought I could be served directly.. But what I got was a sharp and curt glare and suddenly he left the cashier table while looking at me without speaking, I don't know what what he wants to do. But if he has another job or is busy.
At least friendly and explaining Sorry queuing up to the cashier next door, sis.. Simple but not done..
Is employee recruitment not trained in attitude in serving consumers.. Serving only 2 people for a long time..
Please teach male employees who use converse sneaker shoes maybe, to be friendly and first to customers... cook LOSE to cilok and Indomaret.. How does OMSET want to increase its employees just to work to get a salary home, not dedicated to improving service so that it is crowded .. just quiet..
