★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sangat tidak profesional , tadi saya belanja produk unilever yang sedang promo tertera belanja senilai 30ribu gratis produk salah satu pilihan tertentu yang ada di promo tersebut, tetapi pihak kasir tidak mengecek kembali dan saya tanya kan ke karyawan disitu yang lain malah songong gaya padahal jelas2 pas saya mau bayar di layar mesin kasir itu tertera anda mendapakan produk pilihan marjan atau tisue atau pulsa senilai 10k, dan pas saya mau bayar saya tanyakan kembali mba ini saya dapat apa ya kan saya belanja produk unilever jawaban pihak kasir hanya jawab ini ka tebus murah aja tissue paseo jadi 10ribu
tolong di profesionalin lebih lagi karyawan nya
lebih teliti lagi dan lebih jujur lagi !!!!
very unprofessional, earlier I was shopping for unilever products which were on a promo with a free shopping worth of 30 thousand products of one of the specific options in the promo, but the cashier did not check again and I asked the other employees there, instead they were too stylish even though it was clearly just right for me want to pay on the screen of the cash register, it says you get a choice of products of marjan or tissue or credit worth 10k, and when I want to pay, I ask again, mba, I got what, right? I bought unilever products, the answer to the cashier is only to answer this, just buy cheap tissue paseo so 10 thousand
please make the employees more professional
more carefully and more honestly !!!!

Tgl 27/02/2022 sekitar pukul 6pm saya belanja bberapa item, belanjaan saya sudah di scan dan di bayar tpi petugas tidak memberikan struk belanja, punya teman saya pun tidak di kasih. Setelah sampai di rumah saya mengecek belanjaan ternyata ada yg tidak di masukan ke dalam paperbag, entah petugas lalai atau tidak fokus. Yg jelas cust khusus nya saya merasa di rugikan.

Very unsatisfactory
On 27/02/2022 at around 6pm I bought some items, my groceries were scanned and paid for, but the clerk did not give me a shopping receipt, nor did I give my friend's money. When I got home, I checked my groceries and it turned out that something was not put in the paper bag, either the clerk was negligent or not focused. What is clear is that my special customer feels disadvantaged.
