★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya hampir setiap hari ke sini. Es kopi susu nya murah dan enak. Pelayanan juga ramah dan cepat. Sangat cocok untuk sedikit melepas penat di tengah padat nya pekerjaan.

Setiap mo pake gopay... selalu ga bisa... ya alatnya ga pernah dicharge sih
Akhir2 ini pelayanan jauh menurun... apalagi sejak kedatangan karyawan yang perempuan... duh judesnya bukan main... dan mempengaruhi karyawan yang laki2 juga jadi ikut2an asal2an. Tolong ownernya selalu memantau standar pelayanan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini pertama Kali Saya mendapat pelayanan yg mengecewakan dari "crew perempuan family mart menteng square". Saya pesan 5 cup coffee dengan tambahan 5 espresso dan 5 gula aren. Seperti biasa, sebelum pesanan dibuat crew family mart pasti menghubungi Saya lewat driver grab untuk memastikan pesanan sudah sesuai/sekedar memberitahu produk yg dipesan sedan kosong. Salah Satu "crew perempuan familymart menteng square" menghubungi Saya Dan memastikan pesanan Saya lewat hp driver grab sudah benar atau tidak. Mungkin crew perempuan "familymart menteng square" ini tidak sadar kalau telepon masih tersambung, "crew perempuan family mart menteng square" tsb marah marah, mengeluh kalau pesanan saya itu ribet. Ribet dari mana Saya fikir. Jelas jelas Saya pesan dengan jumlah yg sama untuk additional espresso dan gula arennya. Saya berusaha untuk tetap positif dengan beranggapan mungkin "crew perempuan family mart menteng square" sedang lelah Hari ini. Tapi apa "crew perempuan family mart menteng square" ini tidak berfikir? Sikapnya yg ditunjukan didepan driver grab tsb membuat orang kurang nyaman. Saya mempunyai record percakapan dengan driver grab Saya, Saya tidak mengada ngada ttg Hal ini. Hanya ingin memberitahu. Tolong mencari sumber daya manusia dengan motivasi kerja yg tulus.

Today was the first time I got a disappointing service from the "Family Mart Family Crew Menteng Square". I ordered 5 cups of coffee with the addition of 5 espresso and 5 palm sugar. As usual, before the order is made the crew family mart must contact me through the grab driver to make sure the order is appropriate / just notifying the product ordered is empty. One of the "familymart menteng square female crew" contacted me and made sure my order through the HP Driver Grab was correct or not. Maybe this "familymart menteng square" female crew did not realize that the telephone was still connected, "the crew of the Menteng square family mart" was angry, complaining that my order was complicated. A lot of where I think. Clearly, I ordered the same amount for additional espresso and palm sugar. I try to stay positive by assuming that maybe the "family crew of the family mart menteng square" is tired today. But did this "family mart menteng square" female crew not think? His attitude which is shown in front of the grab driver makes people uncomfortable. I have a record of conversations with my grab driver, I don't have it about this. Just want to tell. Please look for human resources with sincere work motivation.
I give quotes to "crew family family mart" because I'm resentful.
