1. Mbak CS nya juara 1 jutek tingkat nasional, ketus, ngancam balikin dp dan cancel pesanan waktu memastikan tanggal penyelesaian yg tertulis di tanda terima, ( yg nulis tanda terima dia, yg salah dia, tp dia juga yg marah2), cm bisa ditelpon awalnya aja, gak mau ditelpon lg setelahnya dan cm mau wa aja, tp balasnya juga sesempatnya saja, bahkan untuk sekedar memastikan kl akan selesai tepat waktu aja bisa bikin degdegan dan keringet dingin... tp kl senang dijutekin, tempat ini recomended bgt.
2. Kualitas yasin ala kadarnya, lem basah dibiarin dan lgsg kirim, pokoknya jadi. Skiblat robek dan retak2, hasil print halaman tambahan jelek dan kebalik (di mirror), lem2annya mepet sm gambar, baca tulisannya jadi susah, gak dpt kantung tile memang, diganti smp plastik berperekat (tp dikasihnya plastik ukuran majalah, padahal buku yasin ukurannya cm brp) dll.
Kapok dah, gak bakal pesan kesini lg
tambahan : tulisan diatas adalah review jujur, yg ditulis adalah yg terjadi pada saya, dan sy alami sendiri... Oh iya, td hbs nulis ini lgsg dijapri, dibilangnya karena kesalahan sy karena pakai desain sendiri, padahal dr awal setelah desain saya kirim, ud berkali2 sy tanyain, ud cukup jelas apa blm, apa perlu ngomong sm orang visual design sy supaya clear... tp apa yg terjadi.... wa tidak dibalas, telpon tidak diangkat. mantab kan?
Honest review and personal experience:
1. Ms. CS won 1st place at the national jutek, curtly, threatened to return dp and cancel the order while confirming the completion date written on the receipt, (the one who wrote the receipt, it was her fault, but she was also the angry one), cm can be called At first, I didn't want to be called again after that and I didn't want to, but I just replied as quickly as possible, even just to make sure that it would be finished on time, it could make you nervous and sweaty... but if you like being teased, this place is highly recommended.
2. The quality of the yasin is perfunctory, let the wet glue be left and immediately sent, just finished. The skiblat is torn and cracked, the print results of the additional pages are ugly and turned upside down (in the mirror), the glue is tight to the picture, it is difficult to read the writing, can't really get the tile bag, replaced it with adhesive plastic (but gave him plastic magazine size, even though Yasin's book is what cm in size ) etc.
I'm tired, I won't order here again
addition: the article above is an honest review, what is written is what happened to me, and I experienced it myself... Oh yes, before I wrote this, it was immediately answered, they said it was my fault because I used my own design, even though I sent the design from the start, I've asked many times, is it clear enough or not, do you need to talk to my visual design person so that it's clear... but what happened... no reply, no answer. nice right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MENGECEWAKAN..perjanjian tgl 23agustus tp ternyata belum selesai,ok gpp acara masih tgl 25..ekspetasi yg penting rapih dan sesuai lengkap ada pouch jg.pas sudah datang di tgl 24 sy belum sempat cek tadinya karena sy percaya TOKONYA AMANAH di hari H saya baru cek ternyta hasil MENGECEWAKAN tdk sesuai pesanan dan kotor tdk rapih,kertas ada yg glosy ada yg tdk,cover blundru beda” ada polos ada corak,potongan tdk rapi,pouch tdk ada gak sesuai dengan tulisan di IG ..pas saya komplain alasan toko habis tp tidak menjelaskan di awal..sy minta toko kasih solusi tanpa ada Permintaan MAAF sedikitpun dalam etika berdagang..Toko ksh solusi mau revisi itu gak mungkin karena sudah hr H sy kasih solusi lain gimana caranya kirim pouch di hari itu jg sebagai bentuk kesalahan TOKO..ternyata WA sy tidak ada balasan maupun permintaan maaf ..sy ikhlas karena ini 40harian biar Allah yg membalasan ya Gan ..semoga ini pelajaran agar tidak terjadi dengan customer lain yg bernasip sprti sy jangn lupa etika dlam berdagang jangan di AWAL RAMAH pas ada KESALAHAN SANGAT AMAT TIDAK RAMAH..Terima Kasih
DISAPPOINTING..the agreement on 23 august but it turned out not to be finished, it's ok it's okay the event is still on the 25th..the most important expectation is that it's neat and complete, there's a pouch too. when i arrived on the 24th i didn't have time to check it earlier because i believed the SHOP was AMANAH on my H day I just checked, it turns out that the results are DISAPPOINTING, they don't match the order and are dirty and untidy, some papers are glossy, some aren't, the velvet cover is different, "there are plain, there are patterns, the cuts are not neat, the pouch doesn't match the writing on IG... when I complained about the reason for the store finished but didn't explain at the beginning.. I asked the shop to give a solution without any apologies at all in trading ethics.. The shop doesn't want to revise the solution because it's been a few days since I gave another solution, how to send a pouch on that day as well TOKO.. it turns out that my WA has no reply or apology.. I'm sincere because it's 40 days so that God will reply, bro.. I hope this is a lesson so that it doesn't happen to other customers who have the same mindset as me, don't forget the ethics in Don't trade at the beginning, be friendly when there is a VERY VERY UN-FRIENDLY MISTAKE.. Thank you
