But if you have money to burn and willing to stand the incompetent staff, make sure to ask the price for EVERY procedure they try to offer, because they’re going to charge the hell out of you without confirming nor trying to make you aware the kind of money you’re about to spend. Make sure to spare a lot of extra cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Bassura City Mall branch. They were complaining about my situation during the treatment and the dentist assistant was even laughing when the dentist worked on my cavity. At last, I left the place with additional pain in my cavity and I only be able to get back to them after a week.

But UNFORTUNATELY the customer service from receptionist is AWFUL !!!
FYI I am paying 3x more expensive just for a filling treatment here than in many other places. I dont ask for extraordinary service, just A SMILE and a HELPFUL ATTITUDE will be enough !!!
I'm so NOT RECOMMENDED this clinic ! We visit dentist with fear already, and a RUDE customer service is really making it worse!
I actually need to come back here again for the final filling, but Thanks NO THANKYOU!
I'll go somewhere else..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for at least 3 years. Regardless criticism of overpriced service or inexperience receptionist, been satisfied in overall treatment. drg Raissa is my go-to dentist when it comes to scaling as she gave value added of (a bit) teeth whitening effect. Drg Alexander, with all his advance equipment, is a quick problem solver although it comes at a more pricey cost than other dentists in Alexander Dental Care.
Notes: appointment is a must as queue on the weekend can take up to 3 hours.
