★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean enough room, bathroom with hot water available sufficiently, view : not bad, swimming pool : not too big and not clean enough. 1 Bilyard table available for rent with very cheap price. Located in the middle of no where, so prepare your personal items before check in.

But surely a nice getaway hotel. other services is average except for leaking washtafel. I am expecting to have such nice delicious sundanese food though while staying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in the callosa room. It was clean and nice with adequate hot water for the cold cold morning there. The beds are comfortable except for the additional ones, it's a bit too soft that you can definitely feel the floor, unfortunately. Food was great! The staff are friendly and helpful as well. You would think it would be cold in the night but it's not, and there is no AC. Beware of ants, you won't see it in the room until you bring food in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please fix the water heater and turn it on the night. The taste food is very good, I like the sambals. But, please be aware of food quality, because when I had a breakfast in the morning there are so many flies above the buffet. I came here to had a meeting with my office team, the meeting room was big and cold. Even the view and the taste of food is quietly good, but I won't come back to this hotel anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for getaway, very spacious parking lot and outdoor area. Suitable for company gathering and team building. Located in pancawaru area, using a big bus to get there is quite a ride. The room is standard, also the menu. Friendly staff and complete facility. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is excelent..its a combination of Puncak and Ubud Bali...the weather is mildy cold The hotel clean and the staff are very kind and polite. It's only 1.5 hrs from jakarta and no traffic jam..
