★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya tinggal disini cukup bgus lingkungannya, hanya sayang bnyak warga dsini yg memiliki mobil bahkan lebih dr 1 trnyta tdk memiliki garasi coz garasinya dpkai kperluan lain..garasi mobilnya ya di jln lingkungan...ego yg jln..toleransi no way, bahkan ada jln yg dpakai showroom mobil2 antik..!
 I live here just really good environment, just unfortunately many residents who have a car even more than 1 trnyta does not have a garage coz the garage dpai kperluan ..garasi the car in the neighborhood ... ego that jln..tolerance no way, even there If you use an antique car showroom ...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tidak suka jalanan di kompleks ini karena tidak rata. Jalan-jalan kompleks sering dipakai untuk parkir mobil, padahal bukan area parkir. Untuk keamanan, sudah cukup bagus karena selalu ada satpam yang berjaga di depan kompleks.
I don't like the streets in this complex because it's not flat. Complex roads are often used to park cars, even though they are not parking areas. For safety, it's good enough because there is always a security guard standing in front of the complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi strategis di jl. Parangtritis ; akses ke kota mudah ; dekat dengan tempat pariwisata di sekitar Bantul seperti pantai Parangtritis, pantai Depok, hutan pinus Dlingo ; dekat dengan tempat kuliner seperti Bakmi Jowo Mbah Mo/Pak Tris, sate klathak Pak Pong, tongseng ayam Sudimoro.
Kualitas perumahannya sendiri biasa saja, cenderung kurang. Tidak ada fasilitas umum, ukuran standar, lampu penerangan minim.
Strategic location on Jl. Parangtritis; easy access to the city; close to tourism sites around Bantul such as Parangtritis beach, Depok beach, Dlingo pine forest; close to culinary places such as Bakmi Jowo Mbah Mo / Pak Tris, Pak Pong satay klathak, Sudimoro chicken tongseng.
The quality of housing itself is ordinary, tends to be lacking. There are no public facilities, standard size, minimal lighting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyaman. One gate system, satpam baik2 semua. Panas? Pasti, tapi pada musim tertentu karena lokasinya bukan pegunungan. Yg jelas tidak se-panas di Surabaya. Tinggal pasang AC di rumah, atau buka saja ventilasi. Jalan tidak kontur.
Comfortable. One gate system, all security guards. Hot? Certainly, but in certain seasons because the location is not mountainous. Obviously not as hot as in Surabaya. Just plug the AC in the house, or just open the vent. The road is not contoured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo siang disini udara sangat panas, terasa sekali panas dari pantai Parangtritis, air kalo habis hujan kotor keluar tanahnya, banyak mobil sering parkir sembarangan, rawan gempa karena perumahan ini masuk daerah Bantul. Kurang cocok sebagai hunian keluarga, cocoknya untuk disewakan atau dijual saja.
In the afternoon, the air is very hot, it feels very hot from Parangtritis beach, if the rain runs out of dirty land, many cars often park carelessly, earthquake-prone because the housing is entering the Bantul area. Not suitable as a family residence, suitable for rent or just sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan yang tenang dengan suasana persawahan yang alami. Lingkungan sudah tertata, dekat dengan kampus ISI, ke kota 20 menit sudah sampai.
Quiet housing with natural rice fields. The environment has been arranged, close to the ISI campus, the city arrived in 20 minutes.
