★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seperti perumahan subsidi lain ny,posisi cukup strategis karena masih dekat perkotaan karawang timur, walau akses keluar jalan cukup jauh dari perumahan, blm ada supermarket di dekat perum dan fasilitas lain ny, jadi harus keluar untuk bisa ketempat fasilitas tersebut. Pintu masuk harus melalui TPU atau pemakaman umum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komersilnya sudah komplit tidak perlu renov lagi karena belakang sudah tertutup full dan depan dapat pagar sekalian gerbang ditambah kanopi, cuma satu yg disayangkan, akses jalan masuknya terlalu sempit, sehingga kalau ada simpangan antar mobil, salah satunya harus minggir dulu.
The commercial is complete, there is no need to renovate because the rear is fully closed and the front has a fence and gate plus a canopy, only one thing is unfortunate, the access road is too narrow, so if there is an intersection between cars, one of them has to move aside first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi lumayan strategis, bangunan rumah subsidi seperti pada umumnya harus renov dan belum ada dapur, juga akses jalan ke perumahan hanya cukup 1 mobil,jika hujan besar selokan penuh dan jalan tergenang, perlu di perbaiki selokanya dan semoga kedepanya bisa buat jalan yg lebar.
The location is quite strategic, the subsidized house building generally has to be renovated and there is no kitchen, also the access road to housing is only enough for 1 car, if it rains a lot the gutter is full and the road is flooded, the gutter needs to be repaired and hopefully in the future you can build a wide road.
