★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best soto tangkar ever! Soto tangkar originates from Betawi with totally different take compared to the OG Soto Betawi. It's made of coconut cream combined with yellow spice (bumbu kuning) and protein consisted of young beef ribs (idk if it's veal of not), therefore there is some part of the ribs that's chewable. The meat itself is very tender. Such a pleasant experience :)
