Jangan pake aplikasi ini, pelayanan customer servicenya jelek bgt, sibuk promosi di Instragram tapi DM dan email tidak direspon dengan baik. Berhari2 top up saldo tapi ga masuk2 ke RDN. Jago iklan doang tapi bikin pengguna stress.
Don't use this application, the customer service is really bad, busy promotions on Instragram but DM and email are not responded well. For days to top up the balance but it doesn't enter RDN. Just good at advertising but makes users stress.

Jelek banget pelayanannya, dana withdraw dari RDN ga kunjung masuk ke rekening udah 1 bulan lebih. Gausah pake aplikasi ini! Dah gulung tikar ae bang perusahaannya
The service is really bad, the funds withdrawn from RDN have not entered the account for more than 1 month. Don't bother using this application! The company is out of business

Saya pengguna Ajaib sejak akhir tahun 2020. Awalnya, aplikasi Ajaib masih sering ngelag. Namun, sebulan terakhir ini, performa aplikasi Ajaib semakin bagus, mungkin karena kapasitas servernya sudah ditambah ya. Saya juga senang karena sekarang sudah ada Broker Summary di Ajaib. Ini tentu memudahkan trader harian seperti saya untuk melihat posisi harga pada emiten tertentu saat melakukan trading. Tampilan UI dan UX-nya juga semakin bagus dari hari ke hari. Tentu masih diperlukan banyak perbaikan untuk aplikasi Ajaib, namun saya percaya Ajaib bisa berkembang menjadi salah satu platform investasi saham dan reksadana terbaik di Indonesia. Sukses, Ajaib!
I have been using Ajaib since the end of 2020. Initially, the Ajaib application was still lagging. However, in the past month, the performance of the Ajaib application has gotten better, maybe because the server capacity has been increased. I am also happy because now there is a Broker Summary in Ajaib. This certainly makes it easier for day traders like me to see the price position of certain issuers when trading. The UI and UX displays are also getting better day by day. Of course, many improvements are still needed for the Ajaib application, but I believe that Ajaib can develop into one of the best stock and mutual fund investment platforms in Indonesia. Customer service BURUK. Pengajuan ubah nomor rekening RIBET. Harus bikin semuanya serba di atas kertas print. Syarat yang diinformasikan CS juga tidak konsisten. Proses pengubahan yang katanya 2 hari kerjapun sampai sekarang belum diubah. Buruk.
BAD customer service. Application to change RIBET account number. You have to make everything on printed paper. The terms informed by CS are also inconsistent. The process of changing which is said to be 2 working days has not been changed until now. Bad.

customer service nya parah banget. ngak menguasai materi. setiap permasalahan pasti ngak ada solusi. setiap live chat tidak akan ada respond, solusi hanya berupa email balasan yg dikirim oleh orang yg tidak paham mengenai saham. tidak bisa bedakan saham biasa dan HMETD, bener bener luar biasa..... dulu customer service lebih responsif dan bisa memberikan solusi. skrg benar benar nol besar. tolong management nya dong, perbaiki itu customer service nya, jangan hanya iklan aja besar2an, tp customer service nya parah habis......
the customer service is really bad. do not master the material. every problem there is no solution. every live chat there will be no response, the solution is only a reply email sent by people who don't understand about stocks. can't tell the difference between common stock and pre-emptive rights, it's really extraordinary..... in the past customer service was more responsive and could provide solutions. now really big zero. please the management, please fix the customer service, don't just make big advertisements, but the customer service is really bad......
